Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience as a delegate to attend the conference?

Not at all, most delegates come to our conference with no previous UN simulation experience. We spend the majority of the first day going over UN procedure and getting to know each other.

What do I need to bring with me?

Your laptop, charger, and a bottle of water.

We will provide meals and drinks throughout the three days.

As a sustainable initiative, we try our best to hold a completely paperless conference so, please bring your laptop or portable electronic device to be able to access google drive and our delegate resources on this website.

What happens after a conference resolution is written and passed?

After the conference, we submit the final draft resolution forward to the World Health Organization and the International Federation of Medical Students' Association. Therefore, this is a unique opportunity for bright student leaders in university or high school to make a real difference in global health policies by participating in a weekend of dialogue on concerning health policies.

It is best for you to be present throughout the conference during our regional and plenary sessions. Please inform us ahead of time if you can not attend the entire conference, so we will not place you in a high priority country.
